Delivery is available only in locations serviceable by Miskut Goa.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As food is prepared fresh, cancellation requests may not be accepted once preparation has started. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

We may cancel an order due to:

• Item unavailability
• Restaurant closure
• Technical or pricing errors
• Unserviceable delivery locations

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

• Order cancellation by the restaurant
• Payment deducted but the order not confirmed
• Incorrect items delivered or an order not delivered

Each case will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.
